What it is

We will work with you on a live bid, either taking on tasks ourselves, or working alongside you as you undertake them. In this way, you will gain experience in:

Creating bid strategies
Writing executive summaries
Preparing for significant events such as client presentations, significant meetings, or negotiations
Creating win themes and weaving them into a bid
Managing a bid team

We can also provide sensitive and confidential coaching for individuals for events for which they feel fearful or mentally ill-prepared.

How it works

Mentoring is usually – and preferably - done in person, on client premises. However, we have successfully mentored large bids by using the Internet, telephone, messaging and video conferencing.
