A Calyx consultant will work with you on a live bid, providing mentoring, management and writing as required.
How working on live bids works
We will agree with you what our role is to be and how it will work. Often it is unnecessary for Calyx to be present everyday throughout a bid, so we will work with you at agreed points, providing skills as necessary.
This can work in a variety of ways. Here are three examples:
- On a large bid for a contract worth many millions of pounds, Calyx mentored the input of 130 technicians who were creating the technical solution and simultaneously answering detailed questions from the Invitation To Tender (ITT).
- In a smaller engagement Calyx reviewed and edited a proposal as it was being written by two people. We only met the client on two occasions.
- For a company bidding to a large multinational organisation, Calyx edited the proposal and translated relevant sections into French, as requested in the Request For Proposal (RFP). This engagement took place wholly remotely.
